Duo is a command center built so an independent team can run like an agency. Projects live on a kanban, time is tracked against them, and contracts and statements flow out the other side — with a recording companion and a mobile session tracker alongside.
The product spans web and mobile, with a shared data model underneath so a session tracked on a phone shows up against the right project on the desktop instantly. We built the companion apps to each platform's strengths rather than forcing one experience everywhere.
It's a productivity product with real surface area, shipped fast by modelling the core — projects, time, contracts — cleanly first, then layering the companions on top.
