Moving Tech connects customers and operators across borders. Incoming requests flow through scheduling, into a marketplace where operators bid, and out through fleet and staff resourcing — with live revenue analytics across the whole pipeline.
The hard part was the pipeline: keeping requests, bids, jobs and resources consistent as they move through states, while giving operators a real-time view they can act on. We modelled the operations domain carefully so reporting was a read of the same data, not a separate system to keep in sync.
It's the kind of operations product where the data model is the product — and getting it right up front is what kept it fast and maintainable as it grew.
